Procrastination Mashup!

Procrastination is something that almost all of us indulge in from time to time. It’s so easy to plan a 5 minute break from an important assignment only to find yourself watching cat videos for half an hour. The worst thing about procrastination is that it’s a habit that feeds on itself, that can get worse and can in some cases lead to serious amounts of wasted time. There are several reasons that people procrastinate. Perhaps you just needed a break and then got distracted. Easily done, and we’ve all been there. Perhaps you had a difficult or unpleasant task that you decided to put off until another time. The problem with this is that the longer you put off an unpleasant task, the less time you have to complete it and the more unpleasant it seems. This can be stressful and lead to you putting off the task until another, even later, date.

Whether you have a mild or serious case of procrastination, here are a few remedies to cure it. We’ve even selected a range of delivery mechanisms for you to choose from. Whether you’d rather watch a video, look at an image, check out a presentation or read a discussion we’ve got something for you.
