A Best Practice is defined as a commercial or professional procedure that is accepted or prescribed as being correct or most effective. Consequently, whilst a tool facilitates a means to complete a certain function it is clear that Best Practices are exemplary and of a higher quality, allowing us to complete a certain function, but also to do so in the most successful and efficient approach.
The “HIRE ME” feature is aimed to allow our users to directly access a secure and trusted Freelance channel in search of more specialised work, making the exchange of Know-How even more accessible.
The launch of our 5th Best Practice Format enabling our authors to have a full expert publishing strategy from free Downloadable How-To Tools all the way to Premium Priced Video Courses.
This is a feature that allows users to find and follow specific authors and receive email notifications on their new Best Practices publications and updates.
Launch of an interactive dashboard for authors to monitor their performance live on the site.
Eloquens.com hosts a fast growing community of over 200 published authors. 47% of our author base primarily derive from the United States, whilst the majority hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent, and specialize in financial Best Practices.
This feature enables authors to create and implement coupons for their Best Practices. This allows our authors to address different types of audiences those of which whom have a different price sensitivity and offers them to launch discounts on a specific time frame to boost their sales.
This feature enables users to save all the Best Practices that they would like to explore later in a dedicated tab. From their “bookmarks” tab, users can then decide to add specific Best Practices to their library for immediate usage, enhancing our user experience.

This feature enables authors to embed their Best Practices that have been published on Eloquens, on their own websites to channel their website visitors towards their ready-to-use Best Practices and methods.
This feature was developed to democratically to give extra visibility to our high performing authors in specific categories, and to reward those who build value by regularly sharing and contributing on the site.
The algorithm used is made of: a maximum of 1/3 of historic performance + 2/3 of performance over the last 30 days.
The Algorithm is a combination of the following elements:

Eloquens team wanted to create a mascot that represents Eloquens to complete our visual identity with a friendly face!
Now authors can contact their users to privately discuss with them on their Best Practices, activity and answer eventual questions.
Users can also directly send private messages to authors to ask questions privately and/or give their qualitative feed back on the Best Practices that they have downloaded.
This feature enables authors to have a more smooth and progressive experience when uploading the Best Practices that they would like to share.
For each type of Best Practices format (downloadable tool, how-to methodology, PDF File), the author can now work on each section, one step at a time (upload of document, title, description, methodology, pricing, confirm).
Additionally, a new section called “confirm” automatically analyses and checks your Best Practices before sending it over to the Eloquens Author Team. This will help you make sure that you’ve included all that is needed for success.
Authors can now publish three different types of Best Practices on the platform:
Users can now ask questions directly on each Best Practices page, category page or on the profile of a specific author. This is a great way to start conversations as a community and help each other out.
Authors can now attach explanatory videos to their Best Practices as a whole and in each step of their methodology. Videos are accessible on the public Best Practices page and enable prospective users to get a deeper look before downloading it.
On the “views” tab situated in your personal menu, you can now see who has viewed, downloaded and used your Best Practices. From this authors are able to connect efficiently with Eloquens Online Professional Community.
