Hilton is one of the most well-known brands out there. It’s advertisements have an instantly recognisable tang and have been inspiring our holiday destination choices for decades.
What’s strange is that there is very little information out there on why Hilton is such a great brand. Here at Eloquens we think that Hilton is a highly inspirational brand so we’re delighted to have just come across this Mashable article on what Hilton does so well.
Hilton’s advertisements aren’t just a great example of inspiration marketing, they’re also wonderful demonstration of the success that can be garnered from marrying solid marketing with industry leading practices. It’s really interesting to look at the way Hilton has used technological advancements and improved customer service concepts in the way in which it has spun its image over the last 50 years.
