Competitor Key Figures by WMI Consulting

Competitor Key Figures

This slide is entirely made of graphs that are used to summarize all your competitors’ key numerical data. Its layout contains very few words. This slide is a great Best Practice to reconcile otherwise disconnected figures on a single page and create a high-value performance profile of a company.

Competitor Key Figures by Actors Mapping

Actors Mapping

This slide provides a clear visual set-up. Build the matrix to suit your market segment and potential. Use brand or company logos to map your actors in this matrix. This slide is a visual representation that allows you to briefly but clearly present an overview of your market.
This slide comes with an Excel table to help construct your matrix and back-up your analysis.

Eloquens in Alpha Test Mode

  • Before launching a platform or an app, a startup opens its service in “alpha” mode. This means that a very small community of users, selected for their skills in UI/UX or for their knowledge of the industry, is using the platform. The alpha phase contains two sub-phases: the first enables to test the platform internally as to identify and correct bugs, the second facilitates the work of developers in the optimisation of the service according to the behavior of users.
  • Eloquens (www.eloquens.com) has opened in alpha test mode on the 1st of may 2016, after 6 months of development by a team of engineers, developers, designers and MBAs, with the help of the startup studio adVentures. A couple of users have been selected in the alpha test round to challenge the marketplace and test anything that can be tested. On Eloquens, this typically includes going through the whole customer journey on the user side or uploading a model for professionals on the platform as an expert author.
  • Each user – buyer or model expert author gives us some feedback on his experience on the marketplace so that our development and design team can pursue their work and improve the service before the official launch.
  • To be informed about the launch of Eloquens, do not hesitate to sign-up.
